Flexibler K-Nächste-Nachbarn-Klassifikator: Herleitung und Anwendung für die auf Ionenmobilitätsspektrometrie basierende Innenraumortung
Der Flexible K-Nächste-Nachbarn-Klassifikator (FlexKNN) ist eine Variante des weit verbreiteten K-Nächste-Nachbarn-Klassifikators (KNN), bei der anstelle der Anzahl der nächsten Nachbarn K der maximale Abstand dmax zwischen Testprobe und Trainingsdaten als Eingabeparameter verwendet wird. Dadurch kann die Anzahl der verwendeten Trainingsdaten K für jede Testprobe individuell angepasst werden, was die Klassifikationsgenauigkeit im Vergleich zum Standard-KNN insbesondere dann erhöht, wenn die Testprobe weit von den Trainingsdaten entfernt ist.
