BrainKnow is a knowledge engine designed to extract and integrate neuroscience knowledge from academic papers, offering timely and accurate informational services. It contains 3,626,931 relations spanning 37,011 neuroscience concepts extracted from 1,817,744 articles. The platform employs graph network algorithms for recommendation and visualization of knowledge. BrainKnow represents the first neuroscience knowledge graph capable of in-depth integration and automated updates. Other related works in the field do not fully implement this functionality. Academic search engines may retrieve numerous papers related to keywords but may require substantial manual labor to condense the information. BrainKnow stands out by automatically updating itself in real-time from scientific literature available on PubMed since the 1970s.
