A Novel Algorithm for Estimating the Location of a Wireless Transmitter with Unknown Signal in Dense Multipath Environments

This paper proposes a novel, computationally efficient algorithm called USAGE (Unknown-Signal Approximated Gaussian Estimator) for accurately locating wireless emitters in dense multipath environments even when the transmitted signal is unknown, outperforming existing methods and approaching the theoretical accuracy limit in favorable conditions.
