Evaporation of Cations from Non-Conductive Nano-Samples Using Single-Cycle THz Pulses: An Experimental and Theoretical Study

Negative THz pulses are more effective than positive pulses in triggering the evaporation of cations from amorphous silica nanosamples, while the polarity dependence is less pronounced for conductive LaB6 samples.
