Systematische Konstruktion kontinuierlicher neuronaler Netzwerke für lineare dynamische Systeme
Wir präsentieren einen systematischen Ansatz zur Konstruktion neuronaler Architekturen für die Modellierung einer Unterklasse dynamischer Systeme, nämlich linearer zeitinvarianter (LTI) Systeme. Wir verwenden eine Variante kontinuierlicher neuronaler Netzwerke, bei denen der Ausgang jedes Neurons kontinuierlich als Lösung einer Differentialgleichung erster oder zweiter Ordnung evoliert. Anstatt die Netzwerkarchitektur und -parameter aus Daten abzuleiten, schlagen wir einen gradientenfreien Algorithmus vor, um die Architektur und Netzwerkparameter direkt aus dem gegebenen LTI-System unter Ausnutzung seiner Eigenschaften zu berechnen.
