Abstract
Making your own oat milk and other plant-based drinks at home is not only environmentally friendly but also economical. The process involves soaking oats, seeds, or nuts overnight, blending them with water, straining the mixture, and adding sweeteners if desired. These homemade drinks can be stored in the fridge for up to seven days and offer a delicious alternative to dairy products.
