The study analyzed a large-scale geotagged Twitter dataset covering 38 months of discourse on COVID-19 vaccines. Results showed a shift in public perception towards vaccines, with 43.4% of tweets unrelated to the topic. Pro-vaccine and informative tweets increased over time, while anti-vaccine and hesitant tweets decreased. Verified accounts posted more positive messages. The top countries contributing to the discourse were the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Canada, Australia, and South Africa.
