Core Concepts
Proposing Point-Unet for efficient volumetric segmentation using point clouds.
Abstract
Stats
nnNet [12] uses a volume patch size of 160 × 192 × 128, which requires a GPU with 32GB of memory for training to achieve the state-of-the-art performance.
Our context-aware sampling can capture better local dependencies within regions of interest while maintaining global relations.
Our method outperforms both nnNet [12] and aeNet [25] without postprocessing.
