In this philosophical study, the authors delve into the evolving relationship between human bodies and technological artefacts in the post-human era. They analyze how technology is reshaping human existence, blurring boundaries between reality and virtuality, self and other, through tools, machines, cyborgs, and intelligent environments. The concept of "bodioid" is introduced to illustrate the fusion of similarities and differences between bodies and artefacts. Through extension and mirroring processes, technology becomes an integral part of human experience, shaping perceptions, actions, cognition, and even morality. The study highlights how bodioid construction reflects a new paradigm where humans coexist with advanced technologies that redefine their identities and interactions with the world.
