The article explores the limit of the Maximum Random Permutation Set Entropy and introduces the concept of the envelope of entropy. It discusses the significance of RPS in managing uncertainty and its connection to DSET and probability theory. The computational complexity of the RPS entropy envelope is addressed, and a new concept, the envelope of entropy function, is defined. The limit form of the envelope of RPS entropy is derived and validated through numerical examples. The proposed envelope provides new insights into the maximum entropy function.
