The uncertainty regularization phase utilizes the estimated uncertainty to adjust the loss weights of individual box coordinates during training, effectively reducing the negative impact of inaccurate pseudo boxes.

The proposed UA3D framework, with its fine-grained uncertainty estimation and regularization, offers a robust and effective solution for this task.
