Es gibt zwei Hauptlösungsansätze für das Schlafdornröschen-Problem: den Halbierer-Ansatz und den Drittel-Ansatz. Der Hauptgrund für die Meinungsverschiedenheiten in der Literatur hängt mit der Verwendung unterschiedlicher Wahrscheinlichkeitsräume zusammen, um dasselbe probabilistische Rätsel darzustellen. In dieser Arbeit analysieren wir das Problem aus mathematischer Sicht und identifizieren die Wahrscheinlichkeitsverteilungen, die direkt aus den Regeln des Gedankenexperiments abgeleitet werden. Die präzisen Wahl der Wahrscheinlichkeitsräume liefert sowohl Halbierer- als auch Drittel-Lösungen für das Problem.
