Es werden hinreichende Bedingungen für Graphklassen identifiziert, die subexponentielle parametrisierte Algorithmen für Probleme aus der Klasse P zulassen, die insbesondere Feedback Vertex Set (FVS) umfasst. Dies wird für Schnittgraphen von achsenparallelen Quadraten und Kontaktgraphen von Segmenten in der Ebene gezeigt.
Wir präsentieren einen verbesserten Algorithmus zur Konstruktion von (β, ε)-Hopsets mit linearer Größe und polylogarithmischen Hopbound, der den bisherigen Spitzenalgorithmus von Kogan und Parter übertrifft.
Die Arbeit stellt einen neuartigen GPU-basierten Ansatz zur effizienten und skalierbaren Zählung von (p, q)-Bicliquen in Bipartiten Graphen vor. Durch innovative Datenstrukturen, Optimierungen der Suchalgorithmen und Lastverteilungsstrategien wird eine deutliche Leistungssteigerung gegenüber dem Stand der Technik erreicht.
