Adaptive De-novo-Peptid-Sequenzierung mit bedingter gegenseitiger Information
AdaNovo berechnet die bedingte gegenseitige Information (CMI) zwischen dem Spektrum und jeder Aminosäure, um die Wichtigkeit verschiedener Ziel-Aminosäuren anhand ihrer Abhängigkeit vom Quellspektrum zu messen. Basierend auf der Aminosäure-CMI wird eine adaptive Trainingsstrategie entwickelt, die die Verluste der entsprechenden Aminosäuren neu gewichtet, um die Identifizierung von Aminosäuren mit posttranslationalen Modifikationen (PTMs) zu verbessern und die Robustheit gegenüber Datenverschmutzung zu erhöhen.
