In dieser Arbeit werden Konvergenzraten für verlust- und unsicherheitsbasierte aktive Lernalgorithmen unter verschiedenen Annahmen hergeleitet. Außerdem wird ein neuer Algorithmus vorgestellt, der Sampling mit einer adaptiven Schrittweite kombiniert, die im Erwartungswert der stochastischen Polyak-Schrittweite entspricht, und dessen Konvergenzratengarantie gezeigt wird.
