Bestehende 3D-Szenenverständnismodelle liefern oft zuverlässige Vorhersagen, aber unzureichende Unsicherheitsschätzungen, was ihre Anwendbarkeit in sicherheitskritischen Kontexten einschränkt. Diese Studie führt Calib3D ein, einen umfassenden Benchmark zur Untersuchung der Zuverlässigkeit von 3D-Wahrnehmungsmodellen aus Sicht der Unsicherheitsschätzung. Darüber hinaus wird DeptS, eine neuartige tiefenbasierte Skalierungsmethode, vorgestellt, um die Kalibrierung von 3D-Modellen zu verbessern.
LSK3DNet ist ein effizientes und effektives 3D-Wahrnehmungsmodell, das zwei Schlüsselkomponenten nutzt: Räumlich-dynamische Dünnbesetzung (SDS) und Kanal-gewichtete Auswahl (CWS). Diese Komponenten verbessern die Leistung bei Wahrnehmungsaufgaben und überwinden die Herausforderungen hoher Rechenkosten.
