Effiziente Segmentierung von Makrofrakturflächen durch semi-überwachtes Lernen unter Berücksichtigung der strukturellen Ähnlichkeit
Eine Methodik für das semi-überwachte Training von Deep-Learning-Modellen zur Segmentierung von Makrofrakturflächen wurde etabliert. Drei eindeutige und einzigartige Datensätze wurden erstellt, um den Einfluss der strukturellen Ähnlichkeit auf die Segmentierungsfähigkeit zu analysieren. Unser Ansatz reduzierte die für das Training erforderliche Anzahl an gekennzeichneten Bildern um einen Faktor von 6 und ermöglichte es, robuste und gut generalisierende Modelle zu trainieren, die Merkmalsrepräsentationen aus Bildern über verschiedene Domänen hinweg lernten, ohne einen signifikanten Rückgang der Vorhersagequalität zu verzeichnen.
