In dieser Arbeit wird eine Cloud-RAN-basierte kollaborative Edge-KI-Inferenzarchitektur vorgeschlagen, bei der geografisch verteilte Geräte rauschbehaftete Sensordaten erfassen, lokale Merkmale extrahieren und über Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) an eine zentrale Recheneinheit (CP) übertragen. Durch eine gemeinsame Optimierung von Quantisierung, Sendevorcodierung und Empfangsstrahlformung wird die Inferenzgenauigkeit maximiert.
Ein neues System für energieeffiziente und robuste kognitive Kommunikation, das eine neuromorphe Hardware-Architektur auf dem Endgerät mit konventionellen Funkübertragung- und Rechenressourcen am Edge-Server kombiniert, um Inferenzaufgaben gemeinsam durchzuführen.
In dieser Arbeit wird ein OTFS-basiertes Over-the-air-Berechnungssystem mit mehreren Sensoren und einer Drohne als Zugangspunkt untersucht. Um die Auswirkungen des zeitfrequenzselektiven Kanals zu eliminieren, wird eine robuste MMSE-Vorkodierung entwickelt, die die Schätzfehler des Kanals berücksichtigt.
Die Kernaussage dieses Artikels ist, dass die Leistung der OTFS-basierten Over-the-Air-Berechnung nicht nur durch Rauschen, sondern auch durch Inter-Symbol-Interferenz und Inter-Link-Interferenz aufgrund von Mehrwegeausbreitung beeinträchtigt wird. Um diese Interferenzeffekte zu reduzieren, wird ein Zero-Padding-assistierter OTFS-Ansatz vorgeschlagen, der eine deutlich niedrigere mittlere quadratische Abweichung (MSE) als der naive OTFS-basierte Ansatz erreicht.
