Energiebasierte Modelle (EBMs) sind eine wichtige Klasse probabilistischer Modelle, die auch als Zufallsfelder und ungerichtete graphische Modelle bekannt sind. EBMs sind unnormiert und daher grundlegend anders als andere populäre selbstnormierte probabilistische Modelle wie versteckte Markov-Modelle (HMMs), autoregressive Modelle, generative adversarische Netze (GANs) und variationelle Autoenkodierer (VAEs). In den letzten Jahren haben EBMs nicht nur aus dem Kernbereich des maschinellen Lernens, sondern auch aus Anwendungsdomänen wie Sprache, Vision, Sprachverarbeitung usw. zunehmendes Interesse geweckt, mit signifikanten theoretischen und algorithmischen Fortschritten.
Die Kernaussage dieses Artikels ist, dass die Autoren theoretische Ausdrücke für den Testfehler von linearen Denoisern und Regression mit verrauschten Eingaben unter Verteilungsverschiebung herleiten. Diese Ausdrücke berücksichtigen niedrigdimensionale Daten, lassen minimale Annahmen an die Trainingsdaten zu und stimmen gut mit Experimenten auf realen Daten überein.
