Die herausragenden Leistungsfähigkeiten von Großsprachmodellen haben die Entwicklung aktueller Interaktionsmuster zwischen Mensch und KI vorangetrieben. Diese Studie untersucht systematisch die Forschungslandschaft zu Mensch-Großsprachmodell-Interaktionen und identifiziert vier Hauptkategorien: Verarbeitungswerkzeug, Analysehilfe, Kreativbegleiter und Verarbeitungsagent.
Durch eine systematische Analyse von HCI-Veröffentlichungen seit 2021 haben wir vier zentrale Phasen im Ablauf der Mensch-KI-Interaktion identifiziert - Planung, Unterstützung, Iteration und Testen. Darüber hinaus haben wir eine detaillierte Taxonomie mit vier Hauptinteraktionsmodi entwickelt: Standardprompting, Benutzeroberfläche, kontextbasiert und Agent-Vermittler. Diese Taxonomie soll dazu beitragen, die zukünftige Gestaltung und Bewertung von Mensch-KI-Interaktionen zu unterstützen.
Die Studie untersucht, wie Menschen mit dem Conversational-KI-Modell ChatGPT interagieren und wie natürlich die Antworten des Modells sind. Sie führt dazu einen neuen Datensatz von Mensch-KI-Konversationen ein, der mit Nutzer-Motiven und Modell-Natürlichkeit annotiert ist.
Nutzer sollten die Möglichkeit haben, den Grad der von KI empfohlenen Inhalte zu kontrollieren, um ihre Handlungsfähigkeit in KI-gesteuerten Empfehlungssystemen zu stärken.
