Datengesteuerte Modellreduktion und prädiktive Regelung nichtlinearer Prozesse
Eine effiziente datengesteuerte prädiktive Regelung für allgemeine nichtlineare Prozesse wird basierend auf einem reduzierten Koopman-Operator entwickelt. Eine Kalman-basierte Methode zur sparsen Identifikation nichtlinearer Dynamik wird verwendet, um geeignete Hebefunktionen für die Koopman-Identifikation auszuwählen. Eine Modellordnungsreduktion mittels Proper Orthogonal Decomposition ermöglicht die Konstruktion eines linear robusten prädiktiven Regelungsschemas mit überschaubarer Komplexität.
