Die Fähigkeiten des Agenten zur Navigation können durch die Beziehungen zwischen Objekten verbessert werden, die normalerweise unter Verwendung interner Objekte oder externer Datensätze gelernt werden. Um diese Probleme anzugehen, präsentieren wir zwei grundlegende Module: das Modul für zeitliche Objektbeziehungen (TOR) und das Modul für räumliche Objektbeziehungen (SOR). Darüber hinaus führen wir eine Turning Back Penalty (TBP) Verlustfunktion ein, um das wiederholte Besuchen desselben Ortes durch den Agenten zu verhindern.
Das vorgeschlagene Hierarchische räumliche Näherungsanalyse-Modell (HSPR) nutzt hierarchisches räumliches Näherungswissen, um einen mehrstufigen Reasoning-Navigationsprozess durchzuführen und so eine effizientere Erkundung und Entscheidungsfindung bei der Navigation zu ermöglichen.
