Hybrid Ziele in der Empfehlungsanalyse: Erforschung der Aufgabenabhängigkeit
Durch die zunehmende Komplexität des Nutzerverhaltens in Online-Geschäftsplattformen konzentrieren sich Online-Empfehlungen immer mehr darauf, die wichtigsten Konversionen zu erreichen, die stark mit den Interessen der Plattformen zusammenhängen. Diese Kernkonversionen sind in der Regel kontinuierliche Ziele wie Wiedergabezeit, Umsatz usw., deren Vorhersage durch vorherige diskrete Konversionsaktionen verbessert werden kann. Daher kann Multi-Task-Lernen (MTL) als Paradigma eingesetzt werden, um diese hybriden Ziele zu lernen. Allerdings vernachlässigen bestehende Arbeiten die Komplexität der Abhängigkeit zwischen diskreten Konversionen und der endgültigen kontinuierlichen Konversion. Außerdem führt die gleichzeitige Optimierung hybrider Aufgaben mit stärkerer Aufgabenabhängigkeit zu instabilen Problemen, bei denen die Kernregressionsaufgabe einen größeren Einfluss auf andere Aufgaben haben könnte. In dieser Arbeit untersuchen wir das MTL-Problem mit hybriden Zielen zum ersten Mal und schlagen das Modell Hybrid Targets Learning Network (HTLNet) vor, um die Aufgabenabhängigkeit zu erforschen und die Optimierung zu verbessern.
