This research proposes a novel dual-target method using a 48Ca beam to synthesize element 119 and potentially heavier elements, leveraging the existing synthesis method of element 294Og and employing a secondary reaction with light nuclei targets like hydrogen or deuterium.
By applying Bayesian uncertainty quantification to the dinuclear system model (DNS-sysu), this research refines the prediction accuracy for synthesizing superheavy elements, particularly element 119, by constraining key model parameters and revealing their strong correlations.
